Enthusiastic Psychology A level Tutor teaching those between the ages of 16-18 years

I'm extremely passionate about psychology and have 2 years of experience within the subject. I am currently studying Psychology at Queen Marys University of London. I achieved an A* at A levels for psychology and can help to rid of essay writing struggles and help improve evaluation techniques across all modules within psychology. I teach techniques and skills that are transferable across most subjects and help show off knowledge to examiners ensuring top grades. I have taken part in extra curricular activities to help put my academic learning into practice and to venture into the practical elements of research within psychology. I was part of the SCAMP research project with imperial college in a work experience week whereby I learnt many new skills such as how to conduct meta analysis of research into a specific topic and cross-reference findings. I also was able to contribute in a focus group which suggested improvements that could be made when trying to research how increased phone usage effects the sleep pattern of teenagers and ways to motivate young people to participate in this important research topic. I also got involved in the project ReMAKE which was a project that gave ex-prisoners lessons on how to be an entrepreneur and my role was to work within a group to help design a website that allows participants to look back on the information and easily locate the information. This required me to use my knowledge of human behaviour to influence a way to design the website in order to make it simple and to also motivate the participants.
