I am am enthusiastic individual who finds analysing language and literature interesting and fun. I aim to teach GCSE and ALevels.

I like to guide analytical discussions based int he text at hand, including past paper extracts, designated books and plays, and articles or other forms of media that can be analysed. I find it meaningful to draw connections to our society and history, making contextual analysis an important point of my lessons. I like focusing on the specific student’s needs as I understand that everyone has a different learning style. While doing well in exams is a priority for my classes, I also aim to foster a real passion for language and literature. I have had previous experience tutoring GCSE English language and literature as well as A-Level English language. My first class law degree has also given me a deepened understanding of language use and an appreciation for reading and analysing different types of text.
