I am an engineering student at the University of Surrey, having excelled at mathematics and science during GCSEs and A-levels. My lessons would be aimed at those aspiring for the top grades to set them up for their desired education / career paths.

I understand that each child has different needs, so I would adapt my teaching style accordingly. This involves listening to and interpreting different signals from each individual tutee and co-operating towards their education. Patience is key, so I would go through questions with the tutee slowly but thoroughly so that they can grasp integral concepts. I would track their progress to ensure that my collaborative methods are effective and helpful, and adjust where necessary.
