I am encouraging and patient. Lessons are aimed at students that struggle with math and don't have the motivation to keep trying.

I will take the time to explain the theory; then will let the student try the question by themselves, before comparing their answer with the model answer; showing them where they went right, and where they missed marks. By doing this what I'm essentially training the student is to learn the model by which the questions in the exam could be asked.
