I encourage students in their goal setting, on their communication skills, and help manage their time.

My mission statement is to empower others to be the best they can be. I listen to the student's challenges and then mentor them as they apply skills to overcome those challenges. The first session is a fact-finding session. Subsequent sessions are check-ins for accountability; what skills have they applied; what's working, what isn't; decide on action items going forward.
