My education techniques rely on analogies and metaphors. Relating to whom I tutor is the foundational connection that allows students to be vulnerable enough to admit to themselves where their weaknesses are, never mind admitting to anyone else! My strengths lie in supporting those weaker aspects until the student feels confident enough to hold it up themselves, all the whole encouraging the creative problem solving that comes with study and exam preparation.
