Cooking lessons for new parents looking to feed their family

I am Cordon Bleu graduate with over 15 years of experience as a chef. Becoming a new mom brought a new challenge to my family and I had to cook quick meals that were kid friendly. Which it was an easy task for me but my friends around me struggled with it.
I have since then focused on helping everyone feed their families in the most nutritious and effective ways.
