Establishing trust is a vital component of our educational process with my pupils. My goal is to establish a welcoming and stimulating learning atmosphere where students feel appreciated and understood. My method of instruction is centred on encouraging a growth attitude by highlighting the fact that errors are chances for improvement. To improve understanding, I will break down difficult ideas into digestible chunks and offer concise explanations. To ensure that the learning process is engaging and memorable, interactive and practical exercises will be integrated. I am also receptive to criticism, which helps me customise the learning process to each student's needs. In addition to teaching knowledge, I want my pupils to be capable thinkers, solvers, and to have a sincere interest in the subjects they are studying.
