I am an avid martial artist. Started training at an amateur boxing club before transitioning to kickboxing and now mma. I have been training boxing for 2 years now and kickboxing/mma for a year and a half. I am fluid in both stances so can accommodate for people who are either orthodox or southpaw. I had and won my first bout in December last year. So have in the ring experience. With any sport the most important factor is cardio and technique. I would focus on bringing people's aerobic capacity up with high intensity interval training and initially start people off by learning the basic punches and rhythm to boxing. Boxing is like dancing in a way and requires people to be happy and loose to be the best at it.
