Coaching - improve confidence

I am passionate in developing our younger generations to be forward thinking as they continue with their development.
I am the owner of BTB Training, providing business clients with training programmes in Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Higher Education, Automotive, Local Authority & Central Government.
With an extensive training portfolio on Management and Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Project Management, Team work, Communication Skills and many more.
I am also part of SCiB (Safegaurding Children in Banbury) as an external professional partner, this is a multi-agency partnered approach to foster a safer community within Banbury and developing awareness and preventing county lines exploitation. I have designed the schools SCiB curriculum which covers the grooming, profiling stages. BTB Training developed a 2 hour workshop called BREAK (Be Ready for Exploitation and Abuse Using Knowledge), this was rolled out and delivered to 9 primary schools in Banbury aimed at Year 6 students.
