Coach that provides weight training, nutrition, weight loss, and muscle building

I will teach students how to lift weights safely and properly, by explaining and showing them how. Personalized workout plans, fat loss diets and muscle building diets will be provided by me. If the student is interested about nutrition, I can dedicate 15 extra minutes maximum after training (no charges), to teach the student detailed facts about nutrition every time after a workout, which is very important if he wants to practice weight training as a physical activity.
