I come from a family where cooking is a very important thing, my grandmother taught me a lot about this world and I decided to undertake this job by starting to work in restaurants with cooking school at the age of 14 in Italy.

I soon realized that it would become my job and my greatest passion and so I started working around Italy and then at the age of 19 I moved here to London, where I had wonderful experiences that made me grown a lot.
