I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and i'm also national British sprinter. My session focus on a comprehensive approach to fitness that includes strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and mobility and lifestyle coaching. The sessions provided will be personalized according to your personal needs whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, the sessions will be based on specific and achievable goals and progress will be tracked on a daily basis to ensure you're on the right path. Variety of exercises will be incorporated to keeps exciting and prevent plateau. Lastly I emphasize the importance of correct form to results and minimise the risk of injury.
