I am a professional IT tutor/analyst, and I am educated with Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology with extensive IT experience. For teaching, I Identify the learning objectives. I identify what the student needs are to learn. I review the course materials and syllabus to understand the learning objectives for each session. I assess the student's current level of understanding of the subject matter. This will help me tailor the lesson to the student's needs and abilities. After identifying the learning objectives and assessing the student's level, I will plan the lesson. I organise the material into a logical sequence that builds on the student's existing knowledge. I try to choose an appropriate teaching strategies; such as lectures, discussions, group activities, and hands-on experiences. All depends on the learning objectives, student level, and subject matter. I prepare all the necessary materials for the lesson. This may include handouts, worksheets, multimedia resources, and other teaching aids. I deliver the lesson by engaging, enthusiastically, and with patience. I will be open to questions and feedback from the student. After the lesson, I assess whether the student has met the learning objectives, through quizzes, tests, homework assignments, or other assessments. I always reflect on the lessons and identify areas of improvement. I adjust teaching strategies and materials to better meet the needs of the students.
