I am a firm believer in practice makes a person perfect. I apply different strategies in making my students learn the basics and will ask them to learn them as per their own capacities without making them feel they can not do a particular task. I always support my students, increasing their morals and encouraging them to face their fears. More focus will be on the potential capabilities and not putting more burdens on students than they can take.

Everyone will be given a fair chance to actually learn and implement the positive results of the lectures given to them in their exams and careers. There should always be a loving, friendly, and respectful bond between students and teachers. This results in confidence and care in the hearts of students to perform better. We all need words of affirmation, which fuel our belief in hardworking and make us better humans overall.
