My lessons will be taught on a personalised basis in which I will ask the student which topics they are learning in their course and then do additional, individually paced lessons in topics they particularly struggle with. I also intend to teach the student how to do well in exams by going through past paper exam questions topic-by-topic in order for them to understand the content and also be able to apply it in accordance to the mark scheme. Most of my lessons will work in this format of covering content and explaining it in different ways, then practicing the question and referring back to the mark scheme and analysing any mistakes that have been made and why.
I have completed a Bsc degree in Biological Sciences at the Royal Veterinary College, after originally receiving an offer for veterinary medicine and deciding to go a clinical route (so if you have a child with a desire to do vetoed I can help with interviews). I am now undergoing a MSc in Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technologies at UCL. I believe my degrees and experience with A level and GSCE exams have given me the skillset and tricks to help students achieve a better grade in their assessments after also being a student who also struggled to do well in exams, but still enjoying the subject.
