Business and Contract law

I have over 3 years' experience of teaching contract law and business law (e.g. LPC business law & practice; undergraduate business law for years 2 and 3; LLB contract law year 1 and 2; PGDLMA contract law; SQE etc.) I also have experience of teaching PGDL(MA) Law of Organisations (i.e. also business law).

I have worked at ULaw as one of their most active visiting lecturers in the above subjects.

I also have supervised and do supervise Corporate Governance and other dissertations on the LLM.

I have extensive commercial practice experience in these areas as I am a fully qualified solicitor with over 25 years' experience as an associate and then as a Partner in both US and UK law firms in the City of London. I bring that into my teaching to give it meaningful context.
