This is a specially constructed Yoga breath class. I have taught all aspects of Yoga for over 35 years including teacher training. My knowledge is grounded in practical experience. This class is for anyone who is interested in learning about the miraculous rejuvenating and healing power of the breath. As well as basic Pranayama, simple and beneficial breath exercises re also included. Breathing exercises can be helpful whether you have done Yoga Asana or not and are particularly useful if you are a singer, diver, athlete or mother to be. They are also invaluable to anyone who is suffering from anxiety, stress or fatigue.
