I love boxing.
I grew up watching Canelo fights and my coaching and fighting style have a lot of similarities.
We would start off by stretching (very important).
Cardio in boxing is very, if not the most important thing, hence conditioning will be implemented and will be a large part of training.
After conditioning we will do pad or/and shadow boxing and, depending on the student, we will also do a bit of sparring.
We will end with yet another round of stretching.
