I aim to address the student's concerns, break them into manageable steps, and build a strong foundation for understanding.

During my part-time work at Shell, I have experience talking to many people and providing them with friendly and stress-free customer service. I also teach my little brother and cousins in primary school about any issues with homework, often giving them worksheets to complete, marking them and giving detailed feedback.
