I am an accredited nutrition professional with 6.5 years of experience working with clients. My lessons are aimed at 7-16 yr olds.

I specialise in cooking healthy recipes, menu planning and basic nutrition but take into consideration the underlying reasons why clients require these lessons; What are their goals? Do they need guidance on food labels? Do they understand food hygiene? Are they learning to cook from scratch? My technique is more coaching the individual to feel empowered in the kitchen. Starting from the basic rules on food safety, how to chop an onion, and progressing to food preparation, choosing recipes and cooking with confidence. I will also introduce the different methods of cooking an egg. I try to make my lessons fun as fundamentally thats what cooking should feel like.
