Advert description
Studies have shown that coaching for people with ADHD has a great positive impact. People with ADHD struggle with executive function, time management, planning, self-motivation, sense of self-efficiency, relationships, and emotional regulation among other issues, and have proven to benefit from coaching more than any traditional therapy.
I claim to put genuine efforts into supporting people with ADHD who to this day are not provided with the needed support by the education system, the medical and social societies or at the workplace. My philosophy is, that the first transformational journey will be understanding your ADHD and how it is affecting your life. By coming to terms with your ADHD you will be able to manage it. You are what you are supposed to be, even if the world is different.
