My holistic program consists of the following steps:
1. Build a deep understanding of yourself, your values, needs, fears and desires. Discover any obstacles that stand in the way of living life to the fullest and release limiting beliefs that hold you back.
2. Create YOUR vision that will lead to the life you love.
3. Draft a step-by-step action plan that will lead you to the change you dream of.
4. Incorporate practices that bring joy into your daily life to support your transformation on all levels: mind, body, heart and spirit.
5. Follow your plan with someone who supports you every step of the way and keeps you motivated (me!).

Holistic Coaching - My Philosophy
I believe that all aspects of life - relationships, career, finances, health - are deeply interconnected and influence our overall life satisfaction. The holistic method of coaching focuses on working simultaneously on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels and sees the mind, body and spirit as one.
Holistic Coaching focuses on working from the inside out and bringing change from within. You can't always control the external. But you do have control over how you react to it. Our thoughts and inner dialogue determine our lives. So we will first work on what is in our control, changing the inner landscape first to see other results on the outside.
I offer unique and tailored programs that integrate coaching and yoga philosophy. I combine my coaching education, experience as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a wide range of mindfulness tools so that the transformation happens on all levels.
Combining life coaching with yoga and a wide range of transformational tools will make you feel supported on all levels and is the most effective way to move forward. Together we can release any limiting beliefs, clarify your vision and develop your full potential.
