As a Chinese lived in China for 20 years and was extremely fluent in Chinese and have a great understanding of Chinese grammar and vocabulary.Besides I'm familiar with various teaching methods, from traditional to modern, including immersive approaches, communicative language teaching, and task-based learning. For the teaching plan, I will design structured yet flexible lesson plans that cater to different proficiency levels and learning styles. This involves creating engaging activities, exercises, and assessments. In my student period, I was the assistant of my Chinese teacher in middle school and I gained experience in how to teach Chinese including using various assessment tools to gauge progress and provide constructive feedback, encouraging continuous improvement. Overall, my skills and experience are aimed at creating an enriching and enjoyable learning journey for my students, fostering not just language acquisition but also a deep appreciation for Chinese culture and communication.
