I’d describe myself as motivated and hard working. I’ve tutored before and find it really rewarding and would enjoy doing this again. I’m happy to tutor maths from any ages up to year 11

I like to first have a baseline idea of where a student is at, and working out what their weak areas are. e.g. by asking the student and also using questions to test them. I then work with students to go over the content of a topic they don’t understand I.e explain the topic to them, then testing them with questions and going over their mistakes with them until I and they are both confident in their ability to understand a topic and answer questions related to it. I’ll then repeat this process with the various topics across their curriculum.
