I believe in creating a personalised and engaging learning experience for each of my students no matter what level they are at. By conversation and maybe a little test I will learn to understand their specific goals and learning style and language level. Based on these variables I would make a personalised learning plan with a lot of interactive learning and real world experience and examples instead of only text book knowledge.
