I'm a big believer in doing what you can, where you are and with what you have. People development is my passion.

Any role that offers the opportunity to support someone to develop, whether that be overcoming personal challenges or developing their skill set is one that is of interest to me. My experience volunteering with Age UK, where I was recently featured in a national social media campaign, reflects my ability to connect with individuals and adapt to diverse needs. In addition, my coaching qualification from Performance Consultants International has equipped me with strategies to support learners in achieving their goals through structured guidance and encouragement. I am confident these skills will allow me to create a positive and personalised learning environment for any student.
