I am an experienced tutor, committed to instilling confidence in students and supporting them to overcome academic challenges and achieve their goals. I am kind-natured, patient and skilled, bringing a positive attitude and friendly demeanour to all lessons.

I understand that all individuals' learning needs are different. It is of high importance to me that I and the student find the most effective approaches for the student to learn, tailoring lessons to individual needs and requirements. I aim to nurture a comfortable environment in which the student feels able to ask questions, especially on things they're unsure about, so we can break it down together.

I have a highly organised approach to tutoring, developing creative and engaging lesson plans with a combination of collaborative and independent learning. With over 5 years of experience tutoring, I have become adaptable to both in-person and on a variety of online platforms, with an understanding that both formats require different planning and approaches to teaching.

I contain a solid foundational knowledge of the National School Curriculum to pass GCSE, A-Level Examinations, 11+ and 16+ examinations. I have taught a variety of ages from KS2-A-Level and subjects, though my areas of speciality are primarily English Literature and Language.
