Young professional Tutor with a wealth of industry experience

Hi everyone!

My name is Helen, I'm 28 and I live in Glasgow.

I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in International Marketing. I also hold an HND in Business and Languages where I received AA in my graded units. I also hold a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have since been working in the tech industry and I have some small entrepreneurial endeavors on the go, however I started my professional career in 2011 after I left school.

I have worked in a variety of industries; tech, sales, hospitality, hairdressing, transportation and retail just to name a few. I thoroughly enjoyed my academic career and I excelled at my coursework. I have a firm understanding of what is expected in college and university coursework and I would love to be able to help others obtain strong grades and progress in their career.

I am very empathetic, patient, and friendly. I want to understand what ways you learn best, the pace you want to go at, and I want to understand your goals so I can help you achieve them. I would say I'm quite quirky and not your average 28-year old professional, I like to have a laugh. However I can manage time effectively and I'm great at organisation so I won't let our lessons go off track.
