Lizzie is so fun to work with, she knows I struggle to pronounce some words in English because my accent is very strong. Lizzie has been teaching me lip movements and sounds to help me, my boss has told me how much better he can understand me now. I am so happy! Lizzie based my learning around music because she knows that is what I love, she can make lessons the best for you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a tutor she is very fun, calm and she will always tell you how great you are doing!!!

12 months ago I began Lizzie’s Adult English lessons, I had an job opportunity and I needed to be able to converse in English fluently and confidently. At the time I spoke very broken English and now I can converse and read/write in English with confidence! I took 3 classes per week with Lizzie, I did this for 3 months. After the first month I was confident enough to apply for my dream job and I got it! They were extremely impressed with the improvement of my language skills. I continued with Lizzie to build on my skills and I ‘graduated’ 3 weeks ago, she even made a certificate to congratulate me, which was very nice of her to do. Lizzie is so patient and kind, she helped me discover my style of learning and she created visual boards for me to print off to use at home, visual methods that I could implement into my daily life and even recommended podcasts and audiobooks to help improve my vocabulary. It’s was homework without the feeling of ‘work’. 100% recommend!!!
