I am a PhD candidate in Public International Law, with eight years of practical and academic experience, particularly interested in International Criminal Law, State Responsibility and Human Rights Law. I am passionate about case studies and contextual elements of each particular case, including historic, comparative and procedural aspects of the situation at hand. Factual background, legal issues and relevance of a particular judicial decision are to be analyzed in a multidisciplinary manner. I prefer an interactive model of giving lectures.

I defended my master thesis on the topic ’State Responsibility for the Breach of Obligations established by the ECHR’, and I wrote several articles and research papers on the topics related to the ECHR. Familiarity with the jurisprudence of the ICC, ICJ, ECtHR and CJEU and an overall context of its works, is of utmost importance for my and academic activities, together with relevant decisions of regional and international organizations. For these reasons, I have developed a comprehensive approach in assessing legal research and preparing accompanying materials, thus having an updated and research-led approach in my work. As a lecturer in Public International Law and EU Law, I am familiar with factual background and historic context of the issues relevant for teaching these subjects. The range of topics covered includes theoretical approaches to International Law, as well as their concrete implications to an individual's human rights, by means of state practice and international judicial standards.
