I design materials and lesson plans based on students needs and goals of learning. The method I apply might vary from student to student. I look at every single person as an individual with their own expectations, needs, personality and interest. The most important goal of mine in every session is to help students feel satisfied and fulfilled, to give them a sense of achievement in their journey and to provide a safe environment for them to learn. I also try to integrate games and fun activities into my teaching by using some websites such as Kahoot and Wordwall.
