Hello, I am Shrija and I am a student in the University of Liverpool. I am looking for a part time job in Liverpool. I am looking forward to teaching primary school children and help them ace in their classes.

This may sound basic, but the basis of all good teaching is an understanding of the students and their learning needs. For me, it’s important for teachers to ensure that they create an inclusive classroom where students of all abilities are welcome, regardless of gender, race, sexuality or disability. Differentiated learning should never be used to make some students feel inferior to others.
