My goal is not only to help individuals achieve their physical transformations but also instill a sense of accomplishment and well-being which positively impacts their overall day to day lives.
I am a passionate and committed team player and prioritise building strong professional relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy. My communication skills and ability to listen attentively enable me to effectively tailor training programmes.
I am also enthusiatic about the prospect of incorporating innovative training techniques and staying updated on the latest fitness trends. I am always open to opportunities to expanding my knowledge and skills, such as attending workshops, earning additional certifications, and staying informed in progression in the fitness industry.
I am also an active individual who has been involved in many sports such as hockey, athletics, swimming, surfing, dodgeball, football, netball, cycling etc.
