Skills and Experience: I have over 10 years of experience working with non-native English speakers, including 5 years as an Assistant Teacher. I have worked with organizations such as Complete Skills Solution and PeoplePlus, where I delivered lessons, supported learners with varying abilities, and assisted them in achieving their language goals. As a language expert, I have developed and delivered interactive lessons, supported learners in applying English to real-life situations, and provided one-on-one tutoring to address individual challenges. Additionally, I completed the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, which has enhanced my knowledge of inclusive teaching methods and effective lesson planning. How I Will Teach: My teaching approach is learner-focused and adaptable to meet the needs of each student. I will: 1. Assess students’ current level of English and their specific goals. 2. Design interactive lessons that include role-plays, group discussions, and practical exercises to build vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills. 3. Use real-life scenarios to make learning relevant, such as workplace communication or daily life situations. 4. Incorporate digital tools, videos, and multimedia to make lessons engaging and dynamic. 5. Provide personalized feedback and support to help students build confidence and overcome challenges.
