High level of English language: I can help my students speak English with confidence

As an online tutor of English as a foreign language, I will offer lessons tailored to help students achieve their language learning goals. Despite having no previous experience as a tutor, I have dedicated myself to studying English from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, I have lived in English-speaking countries since then, which has provided me with valuable immersion and practical experience.

Currently, I am in the process of completing my degree in Applied Languages at the Universidade Aberta of Portugal, focusing on Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I believe that being a non-native English speaker who has learned the language myself, I can empathize with my students and better understand their difficulties, as I have gone through the same language learning process.

With my calm and determined personality, I am confident in my ability to assist students in gaining confidence and fluency in speaking the language. I understand that apart from the technical aspects of the language itself, feeling confident in the new language is crucial.

In my lessons, I will aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can feel comfortable practicing their English skills. I will utilize various interactive and engaging teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and adapt the content according to the specific needs and goals of each student. Together, we will work on developing all language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

I am excited to embark on this teaching journey and guide students in their English language learning process. With my personal experience as a language learner and my dedication to helping others, I am confident that I can make a positive impact on my students' language abilities.
