I am passionate about empowering individuals to create a better future for themselves, which I have demonstrated in my online wellbeing business, helping coach clients on their personal health goals and coach sales representatives with their health and financial goals. I also demonstrate this in my current role working as a support worker for individuals with behavioural and additional needs, encouraging them to make improved life choices through positive reinforcement and coping strategies and completing 1-2-1 therapeutic work with the children, creating a safe place for them to talk and help them understand their emotions and triggers. I have no tutor experience however I am a quick learner and adaptable to change. I have worked in art therapy workshops with people of all ages and facilitated wellbeing events incorporating different mindful techniques including reiki, EFT therapies, coping strategies and guided meditations. I am eager to apply my skills and passion to help students overcome roadblocks, get unstuck, beat procrastination, become more productive, thrive, and enjoy their student life to the fullest.
