I have coached aspiring leaders 1-1 to build upon their existing skills and thrive within their new role. Using resources and training material focusing on time management, communication and coaching.

After understanding what your current challenges are we will discuss how these affect you and your performance. Together, we will then create a plan of what skills we need to focus on and what training and learning I will be able to deliver to help you to achieve this. I’ll also share resources for additional learning.
