As a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Naval Operations, along with advanced TEL and Alisonteaching diplomas, I have acquired a solid foundation in educational theory and best practices. My previous experience as a private tutor and teacher allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to effectively engage with students and nurture their academic growth. I am adept at tailoring instructional approaches to meet diverselearningneeds, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent thinking. Having taught Naval Science and EPQ, as well as tutoring bilingual students, I have honed my ability to scaffold learning and promote language proficiency, an asset that aligns seamlessly with the international atmosphere of CIS.
