As a qualified instructor for both Health Qigong and Tai Chi, I have conducted health aging research projects in the local community and showed that combined Health Qigong and Tai Chi exercises improve body balance, flexibility, and mental health well-being after 12 weeks of intervention. I provide online and in-person well-being workshops for organizations including health social care services and one-to-one private personalized sessions for individuals to enhance and strengthen body balance, flexibility, and mental health well-being.
Health Qigong and Tai Chi exercises are a diverse set of gentle physical exercises that coordinate body movements, control breathing, and calm the mind. The exercises have been recognized as suitable for any age group including those over 50s and those suffering from chronic diseases.
