Business Tutor open to tailored teaching models

I am a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), specialising in customer experience, general marketing, and research. I have a genuine passion for both education and business, and I believe that teaching is the perfect way to combine these passions.

Having worked in the business industry for more than 10 years, I have gained valuable insights and experiences, particularly in the Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Management, Strategy, Analysis,Research and Insight, which I would like to share with students. My aim is to equip students with the necessary technical skills and knowledge to succeed in the job market and personal life. I can bring innovative lesson plans with real-world case studies and projects, covering topics such as the launch of a new product, pricing analysis for business planning purposes, and consumer insight analysis for research projects.

I have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, and I believe this interest can enrich the classroom experience. By providing consultancy to startups and small businesses, I can bring a real-world perspective and show students the practical applications of what they are learning. I can organise projects where students develop their own business ideas from concept to pitch and invite guest speakers from the local community to share their experiences. This approach not only makes the learning process interactive and engaging but also helps students develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

I am investing time and effort in preparing for a career switch into teaching. Currently, I mentor affiliate students and members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, assisting them with their career paths and marketing/research queries. I find this role rewarding as it involves not only sharing my knowledge and experience but also guiding them in their career development. Furthermore, it helps sustain my professional practice.

I am also committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing, business, and research, ensuring that my knowledge is transferred effectively to the student(s). My goal is to continually enhance my professional skills and understanding of emerging marketing strategies, technological advancements, and consumer behaviours. By doing so, I can provide my students with relevant and practical knowledge.
