Working at Upward Bound taught me the importance of individual support in helping students thrive. Understanding a student's needs can transform their view of the subject and their abilities. Additionally, while working at Mayesbrook Park, an alternative provision school, I supported teachers in helping students earn their certifications and prepare for college. I find it rewarding to help students achieve their goals.
