I have a first class bachelor's degree in sport science and a master's degree in sports medicine from UCL, one of the top universities in the UK.

I have also worked as a practitioner for nearly 10 years in both clinical and non-clinical setting, helping athletes and non-athletes alike to improve their performance and recover from injuries.
