My teaching is based on the students' centralization rather than a teacher's. I always use PowerPoint, diagrams, short movies and/or any useful resources that can facilitate the process of learning. I always go beyond my measure to train a reliable generation rather than providing lessons to students. One of my popular methods is I would prefer to teach 'How to do proper fishing' rather than 'Giving fish'. This method helps students to always store the content in their long-term memory.
I also have the 'Emphisize" quality and hence I totally understand students, especially those who speak English as their second language.
