I am a sales-oriented business development professional with expertise in client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention, and people management. I have over 12 years of experience in the export industry, managing exports for a manufacturing company. I am familiar with the exporting process from start to finish, and I have a strong network of international contacts. In this role, I was responsible for developing and executing export strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. I was also responsible for overseeing all aspects of the export process, from production to delivery. I received recognition for my hard work, achieved multiple times National Export Trophy as a team leader from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, People’s Republic of Bangladesh. I have a deep understanding of the export process and I am well-versed in the latest industry trends. I am also an expert in international trade law and I have a strong network of contacts in the export industry.
