History tutor providing lessons from KS3 to A Level

History has always been my passion, even outside of my job as a teacher, but having the ability to combine the two, knowing I can create a lasting impact for my students, makes that even greater.

I have taught KS3, KS4 and KS5, having carefully crafted my resources to best suit the needs of my students, whatever their age or ability. I also have experience in tutoring student teachers, which has allowed me the opportunity to better understand which approaches work well.

I can make history an enjoyable and achievable subject with a 1-1 approach that ensures clarity, consistency and progress. Should there be a particular method to your learning style, I can make that accommodating. Afterall, we are all individuals who thrive in different ways!

Most recently, I have taught using Edexcel for GCSE and OCR for A Level, having designed a complete course for The Early Tudors. However, I am more than willing to extend beyond these to other exam boards/topics.
