I would use interactive teaching methods for learners where they would be given tasks on daily basis to complete after giving them a virtual teaching session. The daily tasks will be revised by myself on day to day basis and marked to determine the progress of each learner. I will work on areas of development for each learner individually to ensure they progress and learn within the time frame dedicated to them.
