First I talk to my students for five minutes to relax them and get them ready .Then I give a small quiz , worksheet or test based on what topic I am teaching to see where student lacks and where does he stand .Then I talk to them about why they did the mistakes and what did they not understand after which I explain them the topics I do the procedure again to see if they still lack behind.
