My name is Richard and for over 10 years I have been teaching English to speakers of other languages and I have a Masters' degree from Cambridge University in this subject. I have taught English to all ages and for all purposes, whether everyday English, Business English, or Academic English. I have also spent a number of years teaching at some of the most highly-rated universities in the UK.

I offer one-to-one online lessons personalised to meet your specific needs. This could be a casual conversation to practise speaking and listening skills or more formal help, such as writing an essay, preparing for an exam or presentation, etc.

I focus on creating a relaxed and comfortable learning environment, which is one of the most important factors in helping students improve.

One-to-one online lessons from £25/hour.

I also offer writing assistance without lessons from £20/hour, and proofreading from £0.02/word.
