An aspiring teacher with a love for the growth and development of students and their talents, aimed at GCSE students.

On first meeting, I ask them about recent tests/topic areas they have perhaps struggled with. This highlights the strengths and weaknesses they possess, allowing me to build a structured lesson plan in the form of PowerPoint slides containing practice questions. Most materials/resources I use, such as past papers, will be specific to the exam board chosen by the school the student attends. I put an emphasis on key words in exam questions for students to look out for so they are aware of the method to use and why. Once they have enough confidence with a certain topic, I set them a post topic test to review their progress and understanding.
